High-tech, computer-controlled cylindrical bending systems allow us to form glass pieces to a variety of single radius contours with minimal set-up time. Our five furnaces feature horizontal, flat and flexible Kevlar® coated rollers capable of bending to form the glass to its desired cylindrical shape. Key benefits of our process are that our glass will never exhibit unsightly tong marks and, most of the time, require no incremental tooling investment.
